6/23/08: It has been a lot of Fun in Tampa lately. The Tuseday
Jazz Jam is going great. There are a lot musicians showing up making
it swing!!! I had the pleasure of backing Steady
Rollin Bob Margolin @ Skippers. What a great
Cat with AWESOME Tone!! I jammed with Earth
Bombs Mars. The guys could not have nicer and we
laid downs some funky grooves. Also I had the honor to play with Ellington
Alumnist Trombonist Buster Cooper. Buster has
a house gig @ the Garden restaurant in St. Petersburg. Currently I am
involved with several projects including a recording with the The
Juke Joint Kings.
I

3/23/07: Double Bill Sat. Nite> I will be doing a benefit
show for Holy Family School. I am joining Walker Smith Band for the
event. Then Gettin Ready to Swing w The
Juke Joint Kings Saturday nite @
Dave's. I am excited about the upcoming tribute
to Wes Montgomery and Jimmy Smith @ the
Palladium. The HHP Quartet will renuite
to swing hard and all night long on Thursday April 5th.
3/9/07: It was an awesome show @ the 1st Annual Seablues
Festival in Coachman Park - Clearwater Florida.
I was playing w Angel
for Blues. Julie sang great and the almost the
entire set was comprised of her original songs. You go girl!!
2/3/07: I joined Angel
for Blues @ Quaker
Steak and Lube for a cold nite of the blues... My good
friend guitarist "Dr. Z." Joe Zappo from
Buffalo was the special guest guitarist.
1/7/2007:
I
will have the pleasure of performing with Julie Black
(Angel for Blues) for
the release of her first CD. I recorded on several tracks and look forward
to the final product....
1/1/07: Happy New Year!!! Angel for Blues tore it up last nite @ The
Zone.

11/23/06 - Happy Thanksgiving!!! Had a great double bill yesterday.
Jazz and Connie in the early afternoon then off to the Casino
in Gulfport to swing with DW Gill. Jack Nevins is back in town
and playing the 88's with great style. DW Gill swung
hard on tenor, harp, and yes ladies even accordian.

9/13/05: Tom Hamilton will be part of an
all-star blues line up tonite at the Ringside Cafe.
The Benefit is the vitims of hurricane Katrina. Drummer Glenn
Evans is the event organizer and it promises to be a great
nite of music or a great cause. On Wed, Tom Hamilton, Dan Harris
& Marilyn Freemon will help open Vincent House.

7/19/05:
The band has decided to take the
summer off, regroup and see what we can put together for the fall. Thank
you for the continued support.
5/24/05: The HHP Quartet will be the headliners at the First
Annual Gulfport Jazz Fest. Tixs are $12.00
for both days. Join this weekend may be a while before you see the band
in action again. With the summer approaching the gigs are drying up.

11/29/04 - We had an awesome time at the Elite
Jazz Bar last weekend. The band celebrated
the release of "Live Matters". This is the
debut effort from the HHP and features the band's interpretations
of classic compositions from the great American Jazz songbook. The songs
are all vocals featuring Marilyn Freemon and one tune
sung by bandleader Tbone Hamilton. To find out how

On Sunday, December 5th join the HHP
trio with Dan Degregory on drums
and Marilyn Freemon on vocals for
an afternoon of Jazz outside in downtown Gulfport.
11/21/04
- This Friday and Saturday the HHPwill have a CD Release
Party @the Elite
Jazz Bar starting @ 9:00 pm both nites. The CD was recorded
live in Tampa last April and features the band's interpretation's of
Jazz standards. Come out and join us for a fun weekend of live Jazz!!
11/17/04 - The HHP would like to thank

9/7/04: On Sunday Sept 12th we will
perform between 3:15pm to 3:45pm to support our good
friend George Harris of Panda Studios.
George is suffering from Polysystic Kidney Disease and is in need of
a double kidney transplant. Please show your support if possible. George
needs our help to raise $ help with his medical expenses. The benefit
starts @ 1:00pm thru 11:00pm. The headliner will be
legendary Rock Guitarist Rick Derringer. Hope you can
make it and help out a great guy and a tremendous contributor to the
music scene.
6/21/04: We had a great time at Famous
Cigars last Thursday. This Saturday the HHP trio
featuring Mr. Gary Denton will be performing at the
BYG KAT Wine Bar in Safety Harbor. On Sunday, the
Quartet featuring Marilyn Freemon, will swing at the
Cinema
Cafe in Clearwater.
6/17/04: Tonight the Quartet reports to the
Elite Jazz Bar-Famous
Cigars .
5/17/04: This weekend we return to Da
Tullio's. On Saturday the HHP supports the Hernando
Jazz Society in an afternoon show. The show will feature our
good friend Norm Bernard on trumpet & flugel horn.
This weekend will be some of our last shows for a while. The band is
taking some time off from the HHP perfomance schedule.
You can catch various band members around town and the HHP look
forward to releasing a new Live CD in the fall.
5/4/04: All future scheduled shows at the West
Bay Cabaret have been CANCELLED.
4/26/04: The quartet played a great show last Friday
@ Da Tullio's.
There no gigs this weekend but a trip to Baysound Studios
is in order for an intial listening of our live CD. Check out May's

4/19/04: Last Friday The HHP Trio
featuring Tom Hamilton-Bass, Dan Harris-Guitar,
& Dan Degregory swung hard @ the 42nd St Bistro.
The HHP quartet recorded its first effort live @ the
42nd St Bistro. Baysound Studios provided
the sound engineering and we hope to have the CD out by the fall.
3/23/04: We had another groovin time @ the 42nd
St Bistro. My family and friends came out and partyied hard.
In the morning the HHP Trio featuring drummer Joe
Renda tore up the Ybor Morning Market. This
week is loaded with gigs. Including the return of ChillyBone
the Hamilton-Harris Duo. On Wed. Tom will
be sitting in with Jazz & Connie. Da Tullio's
is this weekend and on Sunday we return to the Pier in
St. Petersburg. April is right around the corner and we have lots of
stuff in store.
3/2/04
The band has been reaching new highs each and every gig. We had a great
time at the 42nd St. Bistro. We are also set to do
a live recording on April 10th @ the 42nd St.

1/26/04 We had a swinging good time @ 42nd
St. Bistro. This weekend the Quartet: Hamilton-bass,
Harris-guitar, Aloia-keys, Loomer -drums, and featured vocalist Marilyn

12/15/03 Another Excellent weekend of Jazz. Olivia's
was a blast and we'll be back in the future. NOW is the time to make

12/7/03-We had grand time on Saturday at the 42nd
St. Bistro. Dan Degregory filled the drum
chair and our friend from Orlando - Devrick Bell was
on the tenor. We are getting ready for the holidays and we hope you

12/1/03 - It was another great weekend of Jazz. On Friday we the trio
performed with Marilyn @ the Hampton House of Jazz. Marcus Hampton
sat in playing excecptional trumpet and fluegel horn. Also there was
a wonder tenor sax, soprano sax, and flute man named Ferdinand from
CT., blowing some sweet stuff on " The Girl from Ipanema".
Saturday is was a fun time @ the 42nd St. Bistro. We
will return this Saturday. We will special guest Deverick Bell
sitting on sax. It will be a swinging good time.
11/24/03- The Jazz Jam returned to the Hampton House of Jazz
in St. Pete on Thursday. Marcus joined us
and played great trumpet/fluegel horn. Rose Bilal sat
in and sang great as well as her friend Edgar. On Friday @ Hampton House
we rolled out the Tampa Bay Jazz Foundation (see our links page)
On Sat. the Trio featuring Marilyn had a fun Jazz show @ Charlie's
Wine Bar in Tampa. Hope to see you this weekend.

11/11/03- We had a great time @ VillageFest
in Carrollwood. Hudson Marketing Group put on a great event and can

Jam Christina played excellent flute and continued to improve

- This weekend we celebrate our annual Halloween Spooktacular
show. Yes we will be in costume at Ristorante Da tulio.

10/20/03- Last weekend was a swinging good time. Famous Cigars
was happenin' with our good friend Dan Degregory anchoring the drum
chair. Then the trio featuring Ken Loomer on Drums and Marilyn up front,
ripped up V's Martini Bar. This weekend Mike is back
on keys as we return to V's Martini Bar. Hope to see

10/06/03-Another
Great Weekend of Jazz!!. Friday nite the Trio swung hard @ V's
Martini Bar. Then on Sat. the Quartet tore up its debut @ the
42nd St. Bistro. Sharon's Mom loved the band so we'll
be back at end of November. On Sunday we did the final benefit
concert for NAMI. We will continue to advocate for Mental Health
Issues. We'll be back @ V's on Friday and our 7th Youth Jam
of the season on Sat. Keep Swinging.
10/02/03-This
weekend we return to V's Martini Bar on Friday. Then
we debut @ the 42nd St. Bistro on Sat. On Sunday we
perform for the 10th annual NAMI Benefit Concert. See

9/15/03-
It was a great debut @ V's Martini Bar. Vincent Longo
has dialed in the right combination of food and fun. We will be working
there again real soon, so keep checking the Tour Dates. On Saturday,
Christina our regular youth Jazz Jammer played great and even performed
some new standards.
This Saturday we return to Charlie's Wine Bar for a show. Tampa people
please come out and see us. Keep Swingin everyone. Tbone
9/10/03-
We had an awesome time @ Famous Cigars over the past
weekend. New standards we added to the bag such as "St. Thomas"-
a songo styled tune written by Sonny Rollins. The band continues to
improve each and every week.
This weekend we celebrate the Grand Opening of "Vincenzo's Italian
Rest." We will perform in V's Martini Bar on Friday Sept. 12th.
We thank owner Vincent Longo for giving us the opportunity to properly
"swing in" his place.
Then on Saturday 9/13/03 we bring back our Youth Jazz Jam @
Java Jane's in Gulfport. This is our 6th session of the season.
Get off your duff and come out and support the Youth. Hope to see you

- Another great weekend of music by the band. We had a fun
time @ Tullio's restaurant and will be there for annual Halloween Spooktacular

8/11/03-
Despite the rain a tremendous weekend of music @ Datullio's.
Marilyn was in rare form and sang with great passion. Dan continued
to set the pace on guitar, Mike played awesome even with just 9 fingers
working. Ken Loomer played excellent including a mind blowin solo on
"Carvan." As for myself, I was pleased with my performance
and growth as a musician. This week shows @ Elite Jazz Bar &
Charlie's Wine Bar. Come see us when you can. TBone Hamilton
8/5/03-Thank
you for checking out the new site. Its a work in progress. I am working
